Insurance
All 7Dental clinics can bill directly to your insurance company!
We have established an efficient working relationship with quite a large number of insurance companies, and we accept the dental insurance plans of over 50 insurance carriers.
Please bring all of your insurance information with you on the day of your first appointment. We will submit all insurance claims electronically on your behalf and prepare any necessary forms to help you make the most of your benefits.
If you’re not sure what your insurance policy covers, we are happy to assist by contacting your insurance company and obtaining insurance breakdowns, which detail the procedures eligible for coverage, as well as the frequency of appointment coverage. Â
Billing
Our offices accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, and cash. We also have a contract with an third-party financing agency for your convenience. All amounts estimated that are not covered by your insurance will be due at the time of service.
Following the Ontario Dental Association’s annual fee guide allows our pricing to be transparent and fair. Our goal is to make your appointments easy and stress-free, and we encourage you to speak with our administrators if you have any financial questions or concerns. We’re here to help!
It is important to note that patients are financially and legally responsible to cover the cost of any treatment plan and/ or procedure that is not paid or covered by their insurance plan/company.
We will gladly submit all dental claims to your insurance for you, but the final determination of payment is a contract between you and your insurance company and you are ultimately responsible for any unpaid amounts.
Financing
Because we care about making your dental care affordable, and in order to further simplify the financial and payment processes, we can work with you to ease the cost of your larger dental treatments. This is an ideal option for some of our more extensive treatment plans, including orthodontics. We offer flexible payment plans through Paybright, a third-party financing provider, to fit your needs and budget.
